PERFORMANCE: The Fisherwives
September 30, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm UTC+0
FreeBrú Theatre presents The Fisherwives, a masked ensemble inspired by the hard-working women of the Claddagh who toiled in the old fish market at the Spanish Arch. Part of Galway 2020’s flagship programme – Small Towns, Big Ideas – the performers will silently weave from the Claddagh and Quay Street to the courtyard of the museum, reimagining what the fish market might have looked like a century ago.
All Ages (no booking required)
