ILLUSTRATED TALK: The Tragic Death of Eileen Quinn

On 1 November 1920, Crown Forces shot dead Eileen Quinn. She was heavily pregnant and sitting on the front wall of her house with her three young children near Coole Park, Co. Galway. Join documentary-maker, and Eileen’s grand-niece, Orla Higgins as she discusses the shocking and tragic events. Orla’s radio documentary about Eileen, Reprisals, is available online on the RTÉ Radio Documentary on One website (click HERE).
